5 in Depth Questions - a Mini-interview Series

Whether you’re a new or a returning visitor to this blog, you’ve probably noticed the little graphic in the sidebar announcing a 5 in depth questions mini - interview series. I’ve been getting questions about what this concept actually is.

To answer that : I will periodically be interviewing a web entrepreneur by asking them only 5, but in depth questions about their online endeavors.

The idea is to construct a limited number of questions in such a way that the answers will result in an understandable, interesting but most importantly insightful post for the readers. Furthermore, I’ll try to let the questions cover as many areas as possible in order for the answers to be as useful as possible.

The interviewed person can be anyone who’s started an internet endeavor and is successful in doing it. For example, I might interview a professional blogger, or an entrepreneur who had a good idea and started up an online business based on this idea.

However it could also be somebody who’s an ace at search engine optimization, since seo can be an important part of being successful on the web. In other words, it’s not necessary to be Bill Gates in order to be interviewed. As long as the result is useful.

The series will go on as long as I have candidates willing to be interviewed. So take into account that at times it might take a while before the next mini-interview is published.

On that note, the first mini-interview will feature Darren Rowse of problogger, who’s been so kind to be the first to kick the ball into play and answer 5 questions. So, many thanks to Darren for that one.

Darren’s interview will be published on Friday, this week.

Good idea! But can you also interview experts beyond the usual suspects, please? I feel like I’ve already read a ton about Darren Rowse and Brian Clark either on their own blogs or in other blogs. Yawn. It’s time to turn the spotlight on some other people who are just as good, just as interesting, but aren’t as well known yet. Thanks.

Yeah I know what you mean … I was actually searching for people on all experience levels … the concept of the interview was caught in a little delay however …

I will pick it up soon though ..
